Dear sisters, Hello. I am Rabia, your host. When we talk about women's health, we talk about the health problems that women get between ages 45 to 55 years old. As women get older, they face some illnesses. They aren’t termed as illnesses exactly but could be something from God. Deficiency of chemicals causes this problem. When periods in women end and women don’t get their regular monthly period, they face different types of symptoms. They feel heated and heavy. They have feel depressed and anxious. Their nails may break down. They may lose their taste for food. There may be bone problems and stomach bloating. As time passes, these symptoms may increase. Do not worry; there are treatments for this time of problem. Talk to your doctor about it. Also, change your diet. Don’t eat spicy and oily food. Work out, and do some walking. Don’t feel depressed. We should also workout to lose weight. If it is cold, it would be good to wear a sweater. Get some counseling. Do some Yoga workout too. Doctors will recommend hormone replacement therapy for the women who are not expecting any period. Doctors also recommend medication. There are also some creams to use. We can also take anti-depression medication and medication for strengthening bones. Women will also face heart diseases, diabetes, urinating problems, and gain weight when their period ends forever. Also, we should not worry. At this age, one's children are usually older, so there are fewer parental responsibilities and less work to do. There is time to get out and work, or to stay home and relax. It is good to focus on these positive aspects of menopause, too.
